How to Redeem

  Welcome to Plus! Rewards! Simply follow these steps to enjoy your rewards from Plus! You may redeem at our Plus! Rewards website or using our Plus! app.

 

 


 

STEP 1: LOG IN/ REGISTRATION

 

Sign Up

If this is your first time at Plus! Rewards, click "Login". You will be requested to provide some information and create your password. After your first login, please do any necessary updates to your personal particulars.

 

Subsequent Logins

For subsequent logins, simply key in your NRIC or FIN and password to enter.

 

 

STEP 2: CATEGORIES AND PRODUCTS

 

Rewards Categories

Select any of the rewards categories.

 

Top Favourites

Enjoy up to 30% savings on your favourite rewards daily!

                

Mystery Rewards

Crazy deals at up to 80% savings “pop” up randomly here, the lucky ones get it!

 

UShow

Savour the most popular musicals, plays and movies with LinkPoints!

 

UBid

The most-anticipated LinkPoints reverse auction. Bid and win a holiday trip and more with just 50 LinkPoints!

STEP 3: START YOUR REDEMPTION

 

 

Ways to Redeem/Purchase

 

a. Full LinkPoints

You may Redeem a $10 voucher using full LinkPoints, (e.g. 1,350 LinkPoints)

 

b. Partial LinkPoints + Cash Top up (where applicable)

You may redeem a $10 voucher using a combination of LinkPoints and cash. Payment can be made using a VISA or Mastercard Credit / Debit Card (e.g. 670 LinkPoints + $4.70). If you are using our Plus! app, you may also use PayPal to make payment.

 

c. Cash only (where applicable)

You may purchase a $10 voucher using cash. Payment will be made using a VISA or Mastercard Credit / Debit Card (eg. $10). If you are using our Plus! app, you may also use PayPal to make payment. LinkPoints will be awarded for purchases made in cash (e.g. 80 LinkPoints)

 

To redeem/purchase,

• Select the box with the lowest points/price applicable to you (determined by our system based on the card/s you currently hold)

• Key in the quantity desired and

• Select "add to cart"

 

To view items in the Shopping Cart, select the Shopping Cart icon.

 

NOTE: For UBid, the mechanic and terms and conditions will be indicated on the UBid page when the annual campaign starts.

 

Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart stores the items you have selected but the redemption/ purchase is not completed. This serves to provide a quick overview of all the items selected and you have the option to remove any items from the cart or make any changes at this moment before confirming your redemption/ purchase.

 

STEP 4: PROCESSING OF REDEMPTIONS

 

Confirm & Redeem Rewards

To complete the redemption, select "Proceed to Checkout" or “Check Out Now” at the Shopping Cart page. Do not log out at this point in time.

 

Check Your Particulars

Please check your particulars as shown here as vouchers will be mailed to the address. If you wish to have the voucher(s) mailed to another address, please select the checkbox or the “Edit” button and key in the address. Upon checking and completion, click “Confirm” again.

 

 

Redemption Acknowledgement

Upon completion, you will see the Redemption Acknowledgement and Receipt. You may print it out for record purpose. A copy of the Redemption Acknowledgement and Receipt will also be sent to your email address. Your Rewards voucher will be mailed to you within 7 – 14 working days.

 

Please note that vouchers issued are not refundable or exchangeable for another Rewards item, cash or LinkPoints.
