Henry Christian
Henry Christian

General Manager

An accomplished and seasoned regional consumer marketing practitioner, Mr Henry Christian brings with him more than 10 years’ experience in Loyalty, CRM, Partnerships and Digital across the retail & financial sectors. Mr Christian joined the loyalty team at NTUC Link on July 2017 and currently leads NTUC Link as General Manager.

Mr Christian’s loyalty marketing journey began in the financial sector with OCBC Bank and American Express and has spanned across department stores such as Robinsons Group and lifestyle retails like Wing Tai and MAP. Experienced in designing, building and operating successful large-scale regional loyalty business such as MAPCLUB (the largest coalition loyalty program in Indonesia), Robinson Group (The largest retail loyalty programme in Singapore), WT+ (the largest fashion loyalty program in Singapore), he understands the importance of brand authenticity and prioritises the customer’s experience.

As a loyalty marketing and CRM expert, Mr Christian regularly shares his experience with fellow practitioners at industry events and radio talk shows and believes that becoming a loyalty guru is a lifelong quest, but one well worth pursuing.

Mr Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (First Class Honours) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Charlie ang
Charlie ang

Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Mr Charlie Ang leads the strategic partnership of key accounts and drives merchant growth on our platforms.

Mr Ang has worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years, covering roles such as treasury, lending, wealth, product and partnership management in American Express, Standard Chartered, and Citibank. Prior to joining NTUC Link, he was responsible for Card Usage and Loyalty in Citibank where he tripled cards sales with partnerships in dining, travel, shopping and digital categories that powered the bank to be a market leader in issuing sales.

Mr Ang holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) degree, specializing in Financial Analysis, from the Nanyang Technological University.

Adeline kee
Adeline kee

Acting Head of Finance

Ms Adeline Kee joined NTUC Link to lead the Finance department in risk management, corporate affairs, legal and compliance.

Ms Kee brings with her over 30 years of experience working across industries in the Asia-Pacific region. She has lent her expertise to multinational organisations listed on the New York Stock Exchange, as well as various privately owned companies in Singapore’s industrial parks. Ms Kee’s functional expertise also extends beyond finance, having covered portfolios in human resources, facility management, technology, and procurement.

Ms Kee holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore). She is an advisor to the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants’ (ISCA) Young Professional Accountants Committee, as well as a member of the ICSA’s Investigation and Disciplinary Panel.

Zhao jingyuan

Senior Vice President, Link Analytic Centre

Dr Zhao Jingyuan joined NTUC Link in July 2017 as Director, Link Analytic Centre. In this role, she is responsible for building our data science capabilities for NTUC Group of Social Enterprises, driving business analytic solutions for Link, and developing a core digital analytic centre.

Dr Zhao has worked in the data science sector across different industries over the last 10 years, which includes stints in research institutes, market research, Telco and E-commerce companies. Dr Zhao comes to us from Lazada where she was the VP, Data Science for the e-commerce platform in the southeast Asia region. At Lazada, she led a team of business analysts and scientists, building leading edge techniques and business solutions to improve personalized customer experiences, help brand and partnership growth in digital markets, and build innovative and scalable data products for internal and external parties. She brings a unique mix of experiences in data analytics, data monetization and business strategy.

Dr Zhao holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the National University of Singapore in addition to a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
