Our board

Stephen Lim


Mr Stephen Lim was appointed to the Board as a Director on 1 January 2016 and as Chairman on 8 June 2016.

Mr Lim is the CEO and Managing Director of SQL View Pte Ltd. He sits on the boards of NTUC Fairprice Cooperative Ltd, ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) and ST Electronics (E-Services) Pte Ltd. He also serves as a Council member of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) and is Chairman of The Finance and Administration Council for The General Conference of The Methodist Church in Singapore. Mr Lim is also a member of several other committees and organizations, including the School Advisory Committees of Singapore Institute of Technology and Temasek Polytechnic School of Informatics & IT.

Mr Lim holds a Master in Management Science from Imperial College, London University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Birmingham University, UK.

Chan Wing Leong


Mr Chan Wing Leong was appointed to the Board as a Director on 1 October 2012.

Mr Chan is Deputy President (Administration) and Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).

After his graduation in 1981, Mr Chan worked in the Administrative Service and in other Government positions in Mindef companies and EDB. He was an investment banker from 1988 to 1992 with J Henry Schroder Wagg as a Regional Representative in Singapore as well as Director of Schroders Hong Kong. Subsequently, he was Managing Director at Bankers Trust Hong Kong until 1995.

He returned to Singapore in 1995 to join SembCorp Ltd as Chief Financial Officer and President of New Businesses. He was also Chairman of Pacific Internet and Delifrance. Mr Chan was Executive Chairman of Easycall until 2002.



Ms Grace Ho was appointed to the Board as a Director on 22 July 2016.

Ms Ho is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Strategy Leader (ASEAN) of IBM Global Service Pte Ltd, where she is responsible for Brand and Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Portfolio Marketing of IBM’ s hardware, software and services, which includes routes to market such as digital, social and partners. In addition, as Strategy Leader, she has business transformation responsibilities to tighten the interlock between sales, marketing and product groups so as to derive synergies from integration, and achieve scale in execution at the country level.

Prior to IBM, Ms Ho was Chief Commercial Officer of Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), responsible for the commercial strategy and execution of SingPost’ s marketing, sales and commercial operations for Singapore and International business. She played a pivotal role in transforming the operations of the commercial team, particularly in the go-to-market of Postal and Logistics business in domestic and international markets. In addition, she was instrumental in strengthening SingPost’ s brand strategy and thought leadership in digital and social channels.

Prior to SingPost, she was Head of Marketing for SAP Asia Pacific and Japan, where she led the transformation of Marketing to become more aligned with SAP’ s business outcomes and more digitally relevant to how customers want to buy.

Ms Ho possess over 20 years of sales and marketing experience internationally and regionally in the IT industry. She held several senior-level sales and marketing positions at prestigious organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, Compaq Computers, Microsoft and Motorola Solutions. She was Country President and APAC Head of Sales at Motorola Solutions. In her 10 years at Microsoft, she also held several leadership roles, including Global Director of Product Management, Asia Pacific Marketing Director for Enterprise Solutions, and Enterprise Solutions Sales Director for Singapore.

Ms Ho holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales, Australia; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore.

Tham Kok Leong


Mr Tham Kok Leong was appointed to the Board as a Director on 8 June 2017.

Mr Tham is a practicing lawyer admitted to the Singapore Bar who heads the Technology and Corporate Intellectual Property practice group at Allen & Gledhill LLP, one of the largest law firms in Singapore. His practice area centers on technology and intellectual property transactions, agreements and advice. He has over 22 years of experience in advising on, negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements related to intellectual property, data privacy and protection, IT, telecommunications, technology transfer, research and development, outsourcing, e-commerce, Finance Technology (FinTech), media and publishing, contract manufacturing, franchising, licensing and distributorships.

He has been recognised as a leading lawyer in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice area in Singapore by several leading legal publications. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws. He has worked with Allen & Gledhill ever since his graduation.
